ASSEMBLE I, the first of two consecutive collage shows hosted by COSMOS Gallery this summer, features work by four contemporary artists: Brad Greenwood (Los Angeles), Hans Pundt (Gloucester), Matthew Rose (Paris), and Meredith Anderson (Gloucester). The medium of collage in these shows knows no boundaries—it exists in two- and three-dimensions and is comprised of various texture, surface, form, material and method of execution. Each artist brings a unique approach to the art form. The unifying talent among the artists: ingenuity. Their aesthetics can be surreal, humorous, beguiling, wry, strange, erotic... COSMOS Gallery will exhibit a multitude of pieces from each artist, price range $100 – $3,000.
